The senes’ countryside, one of the most amazing place a man can dream, an idilliac space without time, wich take men in contact with the origin of the human being, and, at the same time, allow the mind to dream the ancient days, when the clock was the Sun.
The color green is everywhere, dense, soft, and even if everywhere you can see the man, the hand of the man, the product of the man, you will agree that here the respect for the nature reigns.
There’s a wedding between men and nature.
Howevere, in the last few years a group of men started walkin’ a different road.
As usual, as in the poetry, nature, the right to the preservation of the nature, bring some brave people to a pacific war against some industrialists.
I’n not talking about the people of Vicenza, I’m not talking about the No dal Molin group, so, I have to contestualize this news:
We are in Ampugnano, in the middle of the senes’ countryside, right here:

There are a few words on the photo, “pista di atterraggio”, wich means “runway”. Yes, RUNWAY

Around the 1930, a little airport was built in Impugnano, only for a military use. After the Second World War, it became a school for pilot, and in 1960 some companies start thinking to an eventual commercial use of the airport. Finally it became a commercial airport ant the runway was extended from 1000 mt to 1260 mt long.

Some statistics show us that are predicted for the year 2012 something as 350.000 passengers and 70 flight a day, and after eight years, 490.000 passengers and 90 flight a day.

This operation imply some chamges in the countryside and in the local life. For first, there’s a project of a new airport, bigger than the actual one. Looking the countryside with Google Ma p, you can see what i’m talking about. We are talking about a cementification of 157.000 square metre.
Obiuvsly, the airport’s nearest area will see air pollution and air pollution growing to an intolerable level. This land will be raped from anti-freeze, cherosene and mineral oil.
May be the new airport will increase the tourism, but it will definitely damage what the tourist want to see.
There’s another reason to declare this operation insane: near to Siena there are two airport: Florence ad Pisa.

This is why Siena’s people are trying to make notice of this destruction of a world heritage site.

Surely, He can sell you everything. He talks like a seller on tv, he has the courage to say any kind of words, he can sell shit. He wuold say taht shit is a good smell.
Anyway, sometimes a Nobel like Dario Fo is a good reason to laugh, altough the video was made ten years ago. Sigh.

Some guitar players are just singer, they find out great word and works, other, like Pat, seems to undress the music, day by day, moment by moment, song by song, finding out its nature.
